This shipping policy explains how Lurav processes, packages, and delivers orders placed at www.lurav.store.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing (Handling) Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your delivery address and carrier availability.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combining processing and transit time, most orders arrive within approximately 3–5 business days of being placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's delivery progress.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination, package size, and shipping requirements.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If the tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@lurav.store within 7 days of the reported delivery date so we can investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
